Customer-facing legal notices and B2B portal operating terms for GameHub trade-account access.
The B2B portal stores retailer application, account, order-request, and customer-document access data only for account review, wholesale access, support, and ERP-derived customer service workflows.
This portal is for business customers. Retailer applications do not create an approved trade account, and order requests become operational orders only after GameHub Ops review and acceptance.
Wholesale pricing is account-gated, may be restricted by brand, territory, channel, or customer type, and uses invoice plus bank transfer. No card checkout is available in this launch phase.
Application, account, order-request, ERP document, audit, and support evidence is retained for operational, compliance, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs, then restricted or deleted when no longer required.

Email GameHub Ops and include your application reference, order request reference, or account email. Activation and account invite emails are active. Invoice, shipment, and payment notifications are not available yet; documents are visible when ERPNext-derived records are available. Urgent invoice or bank-transfer questions should use this manual support path.
